   • You have a 30-day window from the date of purchase to request a refund.
   • To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Refund Process:
   • Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will inform you about the status of your refund.
   • Approved refunds will be processed, and the credit will be issued to your original payment method within [7] business days.
   • If your payment method is a bank account, we will initiate the refund process, and you can expect the funds to be reflected in your account within 7 days from the approval date.
3. Exclusions:
   • Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
   • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Policy

3. Shipping Costs:
   • You are responsible for the return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will be pleased to arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any applicable shipping charges.
